  • Each session begins with identifying what you’d like to get out of your time with Jaidyn. You may chat for a bit about current struggles, physical pain/discomfort, and/or other concerns. It may be appropriate to ask questions and dig a little into what’s been going on in your life.
    Typically, you then move to the Reiki table for the remainder of the session. Utilizing Reiki, Jaidyn may also incorporate emotional release techniques, sound healing, crystal therapy, guided meditation, and whatever else you are guided to during the session to facilitate release, and long lasting healing.

  • A note from Jaidyn for 2026:

    My business mantra for 2026 is “ACCESSIBILITY FOR YOU, SUSTAINABILITY FOR ME.” because being broke and burnt out is so last year.

    Accessibility is very important to me so I am implementing a sliding scale for ALL sessions effective immediately. This gives you more options to choose from to help your self care fit your budget.

    The lowest price range helps me pay my bills and maintain life expenses. The middle price allows me to put a little money away for savings and enjoyment for my family while the highest price range allows me to give back to my community. I am deeply grateful to receive whatever price point best fits your budget.

    I have also restructured pricing for packages to make it easier to get the consistent care you need. Nearly every client I have worked with over the last (almost) ten years of business has seen sustainable and lasting results when they choose regular and consistent care.

    As far as scheduling goes, in order to make this work more sustainable for myself, I will be available for sessions the first three weeks of the month, and I have set aside the last week of the month as CREATION WEEK. This week will be used to work on personal and commissioned art projects as well as to create new offerings and products for you to enjoy. Creativity is vital for my mental health, and my mental health is vital to show up with presence and capacity for you. I’m excited to share what will be created during this time.
