People call me ‘the Reiki girl’ but that’s like calling the ocean ‘wet’. Technically true, but missing the whole story. There’s much more beneath the surface of this multi-faceted, cosmic creature.

Hey, I’m Jaidyn. Yes, I’m a Reiki Master, and I’m also an artist, teacher, and someone who is low key obsessed with the sacred way creativity can crack us open and put us back together again.

I feel most at home in the forests of the Oregon Coast, and in the mornings can be found in a patch of sunshine trying to keep a cup of tea upright on my yoga mat (success rate 60%). I’m a huge fan of empathy, human rights, and equal opportunity and I believe when we tend to ourselves mind, body, and soul we don’t just feel better, we show up differently for our families, our communities, and the stranger at the grocery store having a bad day.

I’m here to hold space, to create alongside you, and to help however I can with what you’re carrying. Whether that’s through Reiki sessions, a messy and honest art class, or a custom piece that expresses what words can’t.
